Shop Polices and Shipping Information

You will receive a message right after you order going over what you have ordered. This is to make sure that everything is stated clearly and if you need faster shipping or special requirements this is where you could reply. 

Everything in my shop is both RTS and Preorder. 
RTS ships from my studio within 2-3 business days of payment. Unless otherwise stated and/or agreed upon. Such as a custom order. Any orders that have combined ready to ship and preorders together, they will be shipped together. If you wish your ready to ship to ship separately please purchase them separately or contact me and I can invoice you for separate shipping. Any ready to ship in one order and any preorder in another. Otherwise they when purchased together they will ship together. Preorder turnaround is currently 3-4 weeks before shipping.

For custom orders only: Currently my turnaround time is 3-4 weeks before shipping. Your date of shipment will be in your message after you have paid for your order. If you are in need of an item rushed, please contract me and I can se if there is a space avail. as I only take a few customs a month at this time. 

Custom orders are non refundable. 

Your items will be shipped with the address you provide in Shopify account. I will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses or change of address after shipment. No refund or exchange will be provided if this happens. 

If you have not purchased tracking (more details below) for you items, they will not be shipped with tracking and is nonrefundable. There is no way of tracking your items after they have left my shop and post office. I will have a receipt avail. and photo if required. I also take a photo of your package for another proof of shipment. This can be asked for any time after your label has been printed. I cannot guarantee delivery or time due to potential hold-ups at the customs office. I strive to get the best service possible. 

For my Canadian customers I ship from my studio within 2-3 business days for Ready to Ship orders. For all other orders, they will be shipped in the time frame stated in your order. 

If you require tracking for your Canadian orders you must add tracking to your orders. This will include insurance. This will be drop down menu provided in the cart checkout. You will have to purchase this to add this to your order.

For my US customers, I ship from Canada Post for Ready to Ship orders. For all others I ship within the time frame stated in your order. You are responsible for all charges/customs charges/extra charges incurred after shipment has been made. These are not included in your shipping amount. These customs charges are by law from your country. I will not be responsible for them.

For International customers, if you require tracking there will be additional fee that you will have to purchase for tracking. This will be something you have to purchase to get tracking onto your order in the drop down menu at checkout. You are responsible for all and any customs charges incurred, that your country requires. This is not included in your shipping amount, this is up to your countries laws to charge customs. I will not change the value of your goods to avoid custom charges. This is not legal for me to do so, and I can be charged an fine or crime for my country for doing so. I really want both of us to be safe and have your order shipped safely to you. 

I am not responsible for lost or damaged or delayed packages after it leaves my shop and post office I have shipped from. I also cannot guarantee an exact timeline for shipping. Once a package leaves my shop as each country's post office handles items differently, or with special/statutory holiday, and customs holds are not in my control. I do not have any connections to get your package out of customs faster. I am sorry, but this is all in the countries customs laws. Every country is different in handling your packages. As I do take a photo of each package at the post office. This is my only proof of shipment without tracking. I can call Canada Post and make a ticket to find where it is. This can take a few days up to a week for them to investigate. 

I am not responsible for stolen packages. It is very rare for a package to show delivered and not be delivered. If your item says "delivered" insurance is no longer valid, and I assume it has been delivered. I can call Canada Post and USPS to get more information for you. I cannot refund based on items being delivered. After I am able collect all information, from those details, you have to write a police report for stolen goods. Items are non refundable.
