I am happy to do repairs on any of my items if needed. As I get my items tested before placing in my shop. I do not to refunds on sizing. Most items have sizing listed. For Children's hats, bonnets, pants, clothing, everything has been tested in sizing and design wise before posting. I guarantee sizing for the average child size. Please allow sizing allowances, as all children are different sizes.

I will do repairs if needed on your items. I have not yet had to do so. But the service is provided at your expense. I can not take responsibility in repairs in damages, shrunk in wash, felted in wash, if you have washed or handled your item incorrectly. I do not accept returns or exchanges for my items that have been damaged, as they are all hand made.

I use professional photographers to get the best and closest to the items as possible and I also use a good camera to provide great quality product photos. I can not be responsible for monitor color errors. Please allow slight differences in color depending on your cell phone/s, and/or monitors. 

I will accept exchanges for a different colour or item of the same value, up to 14 days after receiving the items. This will be calculated based on tracking information of delivery. The items must be in the original condition that they were received. Not used or washed in any way. Once received and reviewed you will receive a refund or exchange that was agreed upon via email only. All custom orders are final sale. 

I have a lot of my brushed alpaca and merino hand dyed. I do have matches to Newborn Nerds swatches. However please note that all hand dyed items are done in small batches at a time. It is not a guarantee that each batch will be the same. My yarn lady does a pretty amazing job making up recipes on the fly. She gets the matches as close as she possibly can. Please know that they will be close match and maybe not exact to a swatch. It’s the nature of hand dyed yarns. The dye is weighed each time for each batch. But as with all natural yarns, the yarn absorbs the dye differently each time. There can be slight variations to the colours. She works really hard to get them as close as possible each time. That’s what makes Natural Whispering Wonders knits so unique.
