Terms & Conditions for shipping

Canadian Customers you are agreeing to these terms:

Please know that I strive for the fastest shipping possible. I ship directly from Canada Post. Ready to ship items ship from my studio within 2-3 business days. Preorders ship within 4-6 weeks before shipping from my studio.

If you purchased RTS items with preorder items they will be shipped together when preorder items are completed. If you are needing RTS items to ship separately please contact me and I can invoice for separate shipping.

Free tracked shipping is provided if you have spent over $150CAD in Canada and the US. Usually it’s 4-10 business days to arrive in Canada and the US. Regular tracking can take 2-3 weeks due to postal delays. Please contact me at any time and I retrieve more information for you. If you are needing your items faster please choose the Xpress Canada Post option as this should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping from my studio. I take a photo of every package shipped at the post office for another proof of shipment. Please note that Canada Post is closed on Saturday, Sundays and all Canadian Statutory Holidays. I am shipping from Chilliwack, BC, Canada. Please do no hesitate to contact me directly and I can look into those packages for you. I answer all messages sent to my email (naturalwhisperingwonders@gmail.com) or Facebook Biz page within a few hours of receiving a message.

If you are a local customer from Hope, BC to Vancouver, BC and chose the free drop off option, I will arrange a drop off time in email or message. 

If you are purchasing outside of Canada:

Please know that I strive for the fastest shipping possible. Ready to ship items ship from my studio within 2-3 business days. Preorders ship within 4-6 weeks before shipping from my studio. Free tracked shipping is provided if you have spent over $150CAD. This is regular USPS tracking number usually can tales anywhere from 5-10 business days to arrive. It can take 2-3 weeks with postal delays. 

If you purchased RTS items with preorder items they will be shipped together when preorder items are completed. If you are needing RTS items to ship separately please contact me and I can invoice for separate shipping.

If you are needing these items faster, please choose the Xpress Canada Post option. In most cases Xpress arrives in 3-5 business days after shipping from my studio. If you message me I can also provide UPS options if you need it much faster. I take a photo of every package shipped at the post office for another proof of shipment.

Please note that Canada Post is closed Saturdays, Sundays and all Canadian Statutory Holidays. There are rare cases that customs (Richmond, BC) or US customs can hold your items for whatever reason, that may take longer than the 2 weeks to arrive. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly and I can look into those packages for you. I answer all messages sent to my email (naturalwhisperingwonders@gmail.com) or Facebook Biz page within a few hours of receiving a message. I have a 98.5% fast shipping rate in the times specified above. 

International orders outside of Canada and US:

Your tracked items can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive. If you are needing these items faster, please choose the Xpress Canada Post option. In most cases Xpress arrives in 7-10 business days. If you message me I can also provide UPS options if you need it much faster. I take a photo of every package shipped at the post office for another proof of shipment.
