Refund policy

I am happy to do repairs on any of my items if needed. As I get my items tested before placing in my shop. I do not to refunds on sizing. Most items have sizing listed. For Children's hats, bonnets, pants, clothing, everything has been tested in sizing and design wise before posting. I guarantee sizing for the average child size. Please allow sizing allowances, as all children are different sizes.

I will do repairs if needed on your items. The service is provided at your expense. I can not take responsibility in repairs in damages if you have washed or handled your item incorrectly. I do not accept returns on custom orders,  as they are all hand made, I use professional photographers to get the best and closest to the items as possible and I also use a good camera to provide great quality product photos. I can not be responsible for monitor color errors. Please allow slight differences in color depending on your cell phone/s, and/or monitors. 

To exchange an item it must be in original unused condition and at buyers expense. If the colour or items are available for exchange or there will be a shop credit.
