Terms of service

I will accept PayPal & Credit Cards. Everything must be paid in full before making or shipping. Shipping will be shipped the same day as your label is printed in Shopify or what is agreed upon. All ready-to-ship items are being shipped within 1-2 business days of payment. 

Your items will be shipped with the address on your PayPal/Shopify account. Please provide a different address in your message if needed
Facebook business page or Email. I will not be held responsible for an incorrect address or change address after shipment. No refund or exchange will be provided if this happens. 

For the US and other International packages will have tracking and insurance on each label. I do take a photo at the post office for another proof of shipment. Please choose the appropriate shipping for your timeline. More info in my Shipping Policies and Terms & Conditions. 

If you cancel your order after 2 weeks you will not be refunded, as your order has been packaged and ready to ship (depending on your departure date). I take a photo of each package, at the post office, for another proof of shipment. Please note each package is being shipped from Canada. 

Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Each country has their own laws based on customs charges. Please consider this if you are not in Canada when ordering.
